Fajita Station   

Cook to order beef, and chicken Fajita served on soft tortillas

with julienne of vegetable, shredded lettuce Tomato, house made salsa and choice of sour cream or guacamole

 

Oriental Noodle Express  

thick and thin oriental noodles with julienne chicken and beef with vegetables tossed in two distinct sauces of honey ginger soy and sesame oyster sauce


Stir Fry Station  

Sizzling woks of beef, chicken and oriental vegetables, and tender bean sprouts, ginger and hot and mild sauces, served with Asian rice and noodles

Thai Station    

Beef, chicken or shrimp "Woked" with your guests' choice of broccoli, red pepper, Shitaki mushrooms, carrots, snow peas, water chestnuts, tender bean sprouts served with jasmine scented rice
Adventure between Thai coconut milk sauce, sesame stir fry, peanut sauce or Bangkok green curry sauce.
